Today, 13 February 2024, the Ministry issues a stamp celebrating the Villa Madama Agreements, on the 40th anniversary, issued jointly with Vatican City State: Tariff Indication B.

The vignette depicts a view from above of Villa Madama, an imposing sixteenth-century building on the slopes of Monte Mario in Rome created from a project by Raphael, on which the signatures of the Vatican Secretary of State Cardinal Agostino Casaroli and the Italian Prime Minister Bettino Craxi are highlighted affixed to the concordat between the Holy See and the Italian Republic, signed at Villa Madama on 18 February 1984. On the other, respectively on the left and right, the emblems of the Italian Republic and the Vatican.
The stamp is completed by the legend "40th ANNIVERSARY OF THE AGREEMENTS OF VILLA MADAMA", the inscription "ITALIA" and the tariff indication "B".

The stamp is printed by the Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato S.p.A., in rotogravure; colours: four-colour process; paper: rubberized, fluorescent, non-watermarked; grammage: 100 g/sqm; Paper size: 40 x 30 mm; print size: 40 x 26 mm.; perforation: 13 x 13 1/2.

Characteristics of the sheet:
Forty-five copies plus the reproduction of the monochromatic MIMIT logo on the selvedge; Colors: One.
